Problem with the wi fi after update.

After I updated my Xperia Z3 to 5.1.1, connecting to the wi.fi became a problem. The mobile doesn't connect automatically to my wi.fi. It shows the there is an authenticating problem. It connects after several times of trying. What should I do expect for software repair???

You could forget that wifi. Restart the phone, try again

I have the same password for the same wifi for nearly a year. How could I forget it??? Thanx anyway.

Settings, wifi, long press the wifi, forget, restart the phone

I did. Nothing happend.

This error happens for me for only one connection at my parents home. It was resolved after trying another router on the same connection. Seems like the old router was outdated on security encoding protocols.

After my last update, I had to go in and enter the APN settings before it would connect to my wifi.

I think the problem is caused by the router not the mobile. I tried another router, it worked smoothly.

Try also resetting your old router and see if it helps.
