problem with touchscreen in 5.0

Hello! After update to 5.0 I noticed that after making a call when screen is turning on status bar is open on the phone?its very annoying.It happens because when screen is turning off,for some stupid reason touch is on at least second!!So i pull status bar with my cheek. Its very easy to see it yourself - turn the phone on to lockscreen,then turn off and hold finger on area where watch widget is - you hear vibro signal - turn on screen - you will see that watch widget is moving Will Sony going to fix this?

Somehow the proximity sensor doesn't turn off the screen. Do you have any cases, screen protectors that could interfere? What about 3rd party apps like task killers or antivirus?

sensor is ok.when i hit power off button touch is still on ~1 second and i can manage widget on lockscreen.its not only my problem,you can find info on 4pda.ru in Xperia Z1 section if you know russian

at direct sunlight i can see that after i press power button - screen is not OFF! only the backlight go off
