Proximity sensor not working

My prox..sensor didnt work,i have a glass foil on screen but if i Take IT out still not working. What to do? Sorry for bad english! TY

remove the "foil" > restart the phone > settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the proximity sensor, if that doesn't work, contact your Local support

I am sorry to hear that.

Aside from removing the screen protector, could you also make sure that there's no dirt covering the sensor? 

Have you tried rebooting the device to a safe mode to see if the same occurs?
