Recording function on Facebook app

Whenever I want to record my voice over the FB app, it shows "unable to record audio". Although I tried rebooting, nothing changes.

Try and clear data for facebook in settings-apps-all.Try again.

Nothing seems to improve ans it has affected my other apps which could record sound properly.

Uninstall all updates for facebook.

I've did all that and the problem seems immortal, every time I try to use the voice message on FB, it gets freeze and crash, and some times even make the phone hang, I need to reset using power + volume up button to make it normal.
