reset issue

hi everyone,

my phone got stuck. but i am receiving calls but i couldnt see anything expect the stuck screenshot. of chrome. i cant even reset it.. . how can i fix it

please help me asap

Power button and volume up at the same time until the device vibrates 3 times.It will turn off.Turn it back on.
