I sent my mobile to Sony customer care SAV

Still waiting for pieces since one month already 
I am so upset with this poor performance
Sony care doesnt answer to my question so I will send AR Letter in order to use of my rights and have a refund

One month cant work using an old mobil phone, so today i am going to buy a new samsung phone.

Thank you sony for all of these deceptions !!!!!!!!!!
