SD Card Blank

Hello,

I have the following error message : "SD Card is blank or has unsupported". I have deleted all the information on the card and also all the internal stored data and then restarted the phone, but this error is still there. I have formated the SD card once more and after that the error still appears.

Could you please tell me how to solve this issue ?

Do you have the latest software on your phone? You can download our program PC Companion and connect your phone via USB-cable and PC Companion will tell you if you have an available update:
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

Otherwise, I suggest that you try another SD-card in your phone or your SD-card in another phone to see if the same behaviour appear.
