Hi,
When I create an SFTP remote share everything works fine if I use the IP address of the server in the "Host" field, but it fails to connect when I use the host name:
"!Note
Could not connect to sisco311.xy.xyz.
Please make sure that you have
entered the correct information for
this host."
I have no issues with using the hostname to create a remote share with third party applications such as 'ES File Explorer'.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

EDIT: Did a factory reset and everything is working now.
