when i purchased my Z1 thru Orange/EE in UK a year ago I was advised it is netwrok unlocked
Now that I have passed the phone to my wife as I upgraded, the O2 SIM card comes up with a SUM Unlock code request.
Orange EE said they know nothing about fone being unlocked and made me fill in an online request form and £21 for a sim unlock request.
Then they messaged me that fone already unlockied. I called them and had usual round in circles argument - basically they washing their hands of it and pointing me at Sony
So if the phone is supposed to be unlocked, but its saying it wants a sum unlock code, where can I get this from does sony have a magic list they will just give me the code?
