Small app browser

Hi can any one help?  When I open certain Web pages the small app browser opens up the say Google or opera browser on the device to full screen then minimises to the corner of screen it won't open sire and stay small

try clear small app data

settings>apps>browser(small app)>clear data

restart your device

Just tried that still the same, any ideas ex

can I get more information regarding the problem?

when you expand on the small app browser ( Open in another app) and it opens up the big browser, you cannot open the small browser again after you click the small browser icon? is that right?

try to clear data Small App

settings>apps>show system>Small App (launcher. framework widget and manager)

restart your device
