Software repair failed

My Phone prompt to have an update, during the process of updating my phone it failed for some unknown reason. Now, my phone won't start up. I tried to do software repair in xperia companion but during the process around 50% it says "Software repair failed".

You can try performing the software repair again. If you are still unable to perform the software repair your phone needs to be sent to an authorised service center. You can contact your Local support team for more information on how to proceed from here.

Thank you for your reply, been trying software repair over and over again but no luck. Do you have direct support through email? I tried to call the support in the Philippines but there's no toll free and calling them will cost a lot of money. I was able to get in touch with them once, but the call goes off and they don't call me back.

I'm still sending my phone to the nearest service center. In my case it's Butuan City as I'm from Surigao City.

I'm still waiting for feedbacks from them.
