Something on camera lens

I have came with new problem of camera
First it was like that one end of my camera area looks brighter and when i constantly open camera it came back to its original form
Now i have came with another problem some weird permanently appears in my camera i cleared lense but same nothing happeneds i have also reinstalled software

Based on what you have already tried it seems like this is hardware related and your phone needs to be examined at an authorised service center. Contact your Local support team for more information on how you can proceed with this.

Which hardware

Since this remains after a software repair that indicates that this likely is hardware related, though it's hard for me to say exactly what.
