Sony E4 stuck at boot ..... help!!!

Sony E4 dual E2115 boot loops at "powered by android logo"

I tried to reset the device using the sony pc companion.

But  after the preparation procedure.and connecting the phone to pc  while pressing the volume down button.

it shows "sony update engine can't recognize the device".

The phone is recognized by the device manager as a mtp device.

My old device sony E1 worked perfectly by this method.

what should i do?

whom can i contact  in sony sweden software support to solve this?

Hi @xperiadias,

I'm sorry to hear that.

Try using the small off button behind the back cover before connecting it to PC Companion again.

If possible it could also be worth trying with another PC just to make sure.

Well in the current pc , i tried my old  Xperia E1 and it works fine.

I think the problem is on the sony mobile companion tool.I searched a lot of videos on youtube and sony pc companion works great in recovering all other devices except the E4.

I saw xperia m , Z2 .... all recovered.

Tommorow i am going to go and see the local retailer in my country to get it repaired.

please complain to sony companion developers it doesn't work for E4.

Is there anything i could do to get it recovered my self ?
