Sony experia not getting on

Deat Sony Team,

Yesterday my phone's battery was 10% and after an hour  when i checked it was not responding ,when i press the power button then red light blinks and when i press power + volume up key together then also red light blinks and it i neither getting swithed on nor off just red light blinks by pressing power button,please help asap.
