I had the very same issue that I have read all over this forum. My SW2 would not boot past the image of the SW2 connecting to the smart phone, I tried everything, and the only thing that worked for me was to un-pair the Bluetooth connection to the SW2 on my smart phone and then re-connect. That seemed to fix the boot loop issue and the SW2 is now working correctly. Good luck, I hope this is of some help.
