Sony Xperia tipo phone not connecting to wifi. Have turned phone on and off multiple times, and wifi, tried portable hotspot on and off, disconnected from networks and re-entered passwords, taken sim out and put it back in etc., always just says it's obtaining addresses while never connecting. For a couple of weeks prior to this I found I had to turn phone completely off and on twice before connecting. Now it's not connecting at all.
