Sony Xperiat3 Kitkat4.4 default memory storage problem

Hi ,

I am having a really hard time locating the place where i can set up my SD card as default storage i've looked every where on internet on how to do this and it seems to be a problem not only for me but to many people , so how can i do this ? everithing goes to my device memory and message " you have used 75% of your memory please transfer to your SD card " something like that appears every days , please help on this if you could please send link on how to fix this thank you .

This is something Google has removed due to some security reasons,now you have to root your device to be able to move applications to external SD card.
