Sound bug

I have a Xperia M2 duel sim 1 month old.Yesterday I noticed all the sounds were coming from earpiece and loudspeaker remained silent ie. music,key tone,video music.So I opened Diagnostic in about device and checked the loudspeaker. But it works fine there.After that I restart the phone and it became normal.Mp3 and other musics are now coming from loudspeaker as normal now.Is it a bug?

Hi Sayantan97, welcome to the community!

It may be a third party app causing that tp happen, boot the phone in Safe Mode and see whether you experience the same issues then. 

To boot your phone in safe mode press the power key until the Power Off message appears > hold your finger on Power
Off for 2-3 seconds until 'Reboot to safe mode?' appears > tap OK.

To exit safe mode power the phone off and on normally. Keep us updated.

I did this and the phone is presently working fine.It happens only once.After restarting it have become normal. Thanks for early reply.
