Stamina mode and Walkman application

Hello,

I've started using the Stamina mode on my Xperia Z3 Compact and I love it.
I've noticed that it doesn't work if I'm listening to some music with the Walkman application,
i.e. I keep getting notifications even though the screen has been black for a while.
Adding the Walkman app to the white list doesn't help.

So is there an incompatibility here please? Did miss some setting/configuration? Should I use another music player instead?

I get notifications from Facebook, email, anything. And they are not in the white list.
So basically, it is as if Stamina mode is off, while it is well enabled

Hence my idea that Walkman app is breaking Stamina mode ...

One more thing, stopping the music makes Stamina mode enabled again!

Do you have any other app that requires data that it is on the whitelist?

No, when I first noticed the issue, the white list was empty.

Then I added Walkman to it, but it didn't change anything.

From my tests with emails:

 - music off: Stamina mode works fine 

 - music on: Stamina mode shown as enabled (status bar, settings) but instant notifications and battery decreasing as if no Stamina.

This changes by simply hitting the Play/Pause button in Walkman app.

For the precision, I'm playing local files stored on the SD card.

Have you activated music unlimited?

It was, but deactivating it doesn't help neither.

It seems the same is happening with FM radio and Play music applications.

Sad to see that playing music on the device doesn't works fine with Stamina mode.

Any workaround please?
