Strange high pitched buzz..

Hopefully someone can help me with this.

Has only started recently (had the phone about 2 months, after already sending it back for repair once), but very often whenever the screen is touched it makes a strange high pitched beeping/buzz noise. It seems to happen randomly, no pattern at all. Does anybody else have this? Or know what is happening? It's quite frustrating and worrying...

I don't have a magic answer only an answer of what i think it could be and that is a faulty wire causing feedback however if I were you I'd either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Thanks for the reply. That'll be a bit annoying, as it means I'll once again be without a phone for a couple of weeks. Appreciate the advice though!

You may try to off the touch vibration.. If the sound is not there. There you solve the issue..

I've just tried that! It makes it better... but it still happens when video is playing/loading.
