Temperature within Calendar feature format to Celsius automatically Xperia Z3 Compact

I been having a problem with the temperature feature within the calendar.  it's default to Celsius, but I change it numerious times to Ferhrenhiets, however i notice when I restart the phone, it resets back to Celsius automattly. i change the setting through the calendar>setting>weather forecast>temperature format. Can anyone tell me how to make this permanent?

How about trying to clear the app data for your calender and reset those settings to monitor the situation if it works properly.

Done that already, even did a compete software repair and wipe out my phone and resetup everything, still the same problem.
