Hi, I have an Xperia M for a week, but a couple of days ago the touchscreen freezes all the time, whenever I use any app. After a while it works again, but only to freeze all over again. It is very annoying, i can't even send a text. I tried to reboot and I updated the software, but nothing works.
I think it's a software problem, but i'm not sure. Is there any software I can try to calibrate it or something. Please help!
Thanks.
Backup your phone and repair it with SUS or PCC

Thanks for the fast replay.
I've already repair it with SUS and didn't work. I haven't try with PCC though, is there any difference? or does it do the same as the SUS?
No,if SUS did.not work,PCC will not change anything.
SUS its only to update/repair your phone as for PCC its to create backups, transfer files, etc
Ok, it's not worth it to try it with PCC then
I have tried this: http://talk.sonymobile.com/t5/Xperia-miro-Xperia-tipo-tipo/TIPO-TOUCHSCREEN-FIX-PATCH-HERE/td-p/262
it's for Xperia Tipo, but I had to try, anyway i couldn't install the .apk file. Do you guys kwon something like that that works with Xperia M, or any other solution?
I have the same problem!
I noticed It appeared after I updated the system to 15.1.C.2.8.
It can freeze 5-10 times a day. Only battery removal can help.
Hard reset wasn't be able to take that problem out.
I don't know what to do.
It was the first time I decided to buy sony brand device and I'm very dissapointed. :((((
Maybe the problem is the update to 15.1.C.2.8.
Is there any way to undo the update and go back to the previous?
That's too complicated for me
I've called vodafone and they're gonna send me another phone, i hope everything goes well with the new one.
Thanks anyway.
