How can i move file from internal storage to phone memory.please help me!my internal storage is full and phone memory is 1gb free storage.i dont know how to move it in phone memory

Settings-apps-all-look for your and tap on it.you can select move to internal storage or phone memory.you can also use a file explorer to do it.
