I have been trying to download update 15.5.A.1.5 by connecting the phone to the laptop. I am using Windows 8.1 and i get a message saying "Before you can install the update, you need to install the following hotfix from Microsoft website - KB2917929," but after i download the exe file and try to install it, i get an error message that says "Windows Update Standalone Installer - The update is not applicable to your computer.":smileycry:
It is JUST NOT going past this :smileyrolleyes:. How do i download the update to my phone if it's not going to work?
