Update for Xperia T

The update for Android Jellybean 4.3 has been released on Xperia T but I cant find it on my update centre app.Can anyone tell me how can I update it?

Different countries and networks if applicable have different release times - But if your phone is generic then it will come

I am in Malta at the moment and my brother has the same phone on the same network provider.  However he got the prompt to update while I did not.  OK both sets have different rom versions (although both 4.1.2) but it is still strange as to why only he got the update.
