Update Security Settings Error Message

Hi,

I am having issues with the default Email app trying to connect to my Company Email on the Exchange Server, this error message of "Email require Update of Security Settings" pop up after the configuration and there is no email coming in at all.

After the configuration, there is a pop up menu to activate the security settings by keying in the Pin or Password for the Lock Screen, I enter the Pin and click Ok to continue but I still encounter this error message.

Anyone know any solution?

Does your company require an encrypted device in order to access emails etc

I just check with my IT Manager and he told me that they never enforce encryption and I also check my boss Samsung S4, no encryption on his phone.

I will try to do encryption on my Z2 Tablet and test again.

I have done another test by factory reset my Z2 Tablet then do the encryption including the SD Card then configure my company email again but same error message appear that I need to update the security settings.

I give up and just use 3rd party app to check my company email which also do not enforce on the pin lock for the lock screen.
