Update service does not update for Satio.

I had been trying to update my Satio's software. It just could not update for me even after I press the call key at the 5th step for more than 10 mins!! The top right hand corner bar never moves to "confirm" it just stays at "connect".

Can anyone kindly help me? I really don't want to make a trip down to the Service Center as updating of software takes more than a week!! This is a joke!!

I had this similar issues when I tried for the first time but their are easy once know how fast your PC responds when you connect your USB CABLE to the phone.

The other point is you should never keep your finger for 10 minutes it will not help in anything, it only takes a few seconds when you press the green button on your phone then you should release your finger.

Do a BACKUP on your phone first plus large files like pictures, video and music folders should be manually by using the option your phone "MASS STORAGE" and the charge on the battery must be over 50%.

1 Step- Open Update Service

2 - Choose the phone model

3- click next to START

4- TURN OFF and REMOVE the battery of your phone, this is to clear any charges on the circuit.

5- INSERT the battery back

6- Connect your USB CABLE from your PC to the phone and PRESS the GREEN BUTTON

PAY ATTENTION - "If your computer try to detect the phone driver this will fail your update, keep your finger on the green button and wait for your computer to say driver not found"

7- After fail the first attempt, REMOVE the BATTERY again and INSERT it back.

8- INSERT your USB CABLE and PRESS the GREEN BUTTON wait for a couple seconds you should see a GREEN BAR on the Update Service software side to side on this moment it should ask you to release your finger from the GREEN BUTTON.

9- The system will reads your phone and see whether you need an update or not. If yes PRESS INSTALL, please do not TOUCH on the PHONE or disconnect your PC.
