My phone keep restating when I want to turn on.

This matter happen after I update to 4.3

Hi there,

Press and hold "Power Button" and "Volume Up" at the same time for a couple seconds ( 1 vibrate) -Force Restart.

Otherwise, charge the phone for 1 hr and repair it with Sony Update Service.
