Update with Pc companion and no it does not work

Hi alll

I Love Sony But today i can say that i will never again buy Sony.

I have a 5 mes old Xperia T

Last nigth ask to do the update, yes using PC COMPANION !! and THE SONY USB CABEL!!!

ALL Sony

The phone work 5 mintes with Jelly been 4.3 after that it just went black

i did all the troubleshooting that SONY tells you to do.

No Phone it did not work :

Now I have to miss WORK go to a Sony Assiten store see if they can fix the phone!!! it has 5 month.

That is what the Spanish lady said to me in the help call center.

this is really Bad for Sony

Well i have a Sony Xeperia M with 2 month i am sell it and a Sony xperia Go this are working did not do the update.

And a SONY xperia T with 5 month stop Working after SOny Updata.

Yes did that 5 times !!!!

did not work now is not black just flshes in black to gray

Connect to wall charger,force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).

yes did that, many times i need my phone for my job

since last nigth that i have read all your post and for now can say that it does not work.

i have call Sony made a complain theny just say well did you use PC companion Bla bla it my responsability
