USB connection problems

When I connect my sony Xperia M to the PC it does not respond nor does any  "USB coneected" symbol appears on the status bar.

My mobile is Xperia m dual I also installed pc suit but not connect my phone to my computer
My phone also problem in suffer in Internet
My phone backup in computer then I want to reset for one month regularly please sent
advice or properly solution
