I enabled WIFI hotspot in my SP(C5302). At the sametime the phone was also connected to PC using the USB cable along with WIFI hotspot. Due to high power consumption, the mobile automatically disabled the USB devices. After this the phone is not connecting to PC(Device is not recognised by PC). The charging through electrical wallout is also disabled. At this point the only option left to me is to switch OFF my mobile, connect to Electical wallout and when the phone RED light gets ON, use power button to switch ON mobile to charge it.
My phone is NOT Rooted...
I tried the below already...
* Factory reset my mobile, wiping the entire internal memory
* used OFF button on the back of my phone
Nothing worked. Could someone help me to fix this problem ?
And whoever, pls be carefull while using WIFI hotspot(disconnect your USB cable first)
You might want to contact your local Xperia Care
My Local Sony support is not reacheable which I tried for 2days and then posted the query in this Forum. Please let me know the Steps to enable the USB devices
Any help is highly appreciated ....
Thankyou !
Can you try to use another cable? Maybe try to perform a software repair?
Tried another sony cable too. no luck !!!
Also I tried using my charger/usb cable with another Xperia device. It works well. So no issues with Charger/cable. The problem is Xperia SP(C5302) that disables the USB devices as soon as it starts boot UP.
I came to know about this when I tried plugging the phone with USB cable leaving the phone switch OFF. This is the option I'm using at present to charge the phone for use.
Can you check if in safe mode the same occurs?

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your phone.
To me this sounds like a hardware issue i'm afraid. I recommend that you contact a service location for further assistance.
For more information about how to submit your phone for repair and where, contact your local support team.
You should take Rickard advice and let a service handle it.
