I have given my Sony Xperia C6802 Job No: W116030102640 on 01 Mar 2016 for Touch problem.
I am already fed up with your service support, now the customer support also going very worst. Still the people are arranging call back from almost 10 days for my Service Request: 1-26699153655.
Almost 5 Months went out still I don't know my mobile status.
Kindly give my mobile on or before 05/08/2016, else I have to move further legally. I do not want to follow you after that.
Hereafter I wont consider or refer any SONY products in my future. VERY VERY VERY Disappointed with you.
