I switched off all possible vibration (calls, messaging, apps) on the Phone but it still works! I have to switch off the Phone to make it completely silent. So annoying..
If you want your phone copletely silent just go on the Silent mode with Exception turned off, press a volume key and tap on the bell icon untill you get to Silent mode.
