Vibrations impossible to stop

My Xperia S started vibrating constantly 5 hours ago. It is impossible to stop. I have turned the phone off, and it is still vibration even turned off. I have reset the phone (volume up + on/off) but still vibration constantly. Everything else on the phone work perfectly normal. Don't looks like a software problem actually, more like if there is some short cut to the vibration motor.

And of course to make everything perfect the the warranty was ended 13 days ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any suggestions?
