Video playing keeps stopping??

If i go to play a video from facebook it plays fine but then it just randomly closes like the video ended, but it hasn't and keeps doing this at different parts of the video.

I prefer to use an app like MX Player but you could try going to Settings then Apps and swiping to all and locate the video app your videos open with now then tapping on Clear cache and Clear data to see if that helps fix the issue

This figured out to be the new "auto play" function implemented in latest FB version. You no longer get an option wich player to use. It just doesn't work any good.

What I did: I simply uninstalled all the updates for the Facebook app, clearing data and so on. It will ask if you want the factory version of FB installed. And yes that one you want.

Ok it ain't the latest version, but it works. And you should now get the option to choose what player you want FB to use. Rest you figure out yourself I presume.

Silly facebook, but I think this happens to standard web pages also.

Thanks it works also with Google Play Film !
Thé videos were often stopped for few seconds.
Now they play good again.
