Video & Torch App Hangs

Hello Guys,

I recently bought Xperia C4 Dual , and facing belolw issues

1) with the latest update for Video App, I am not able to play any videos ( even the default video) , App and Phone Hangs when I try to play any videos and Phone Restarts.

2) Torch App- It takes more than 10 Seconds to Close this App.

Any one having similar issues and knows the solution - Please Support.

For software related bugs like these, I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion, this will install a fresh copy of latest firmware but will also wipe your internal memory, so take a back up before you proceed.

Video App Issure resolved now after Changing Theme or After Unintalling the Video App Updates.

I don't what was the root cause !

Torch App No Improvement still, Slow !

I'm facing it from the day I bought this mobile
It stood in service center nearly 3 months..but no cure for problem..
