Volume keys are not working

Volume Keys not working. Either from software and not from Righ Hand volume up & down button working. sound fixed in set. When use handfree thats also not working. Please guide in this regard. how this problem will be resolved.

Have you tried removing the battery,waiting a little and putting it back on?You might have to visit a nearby sony centre.
