w302 cannot connect to my computer

Pls anybody knows what I can do to connect my w302 to my computer?  I have tried connecting to windows xp and windows 7 all to no avail.  I can only connect in memory mode but not the phone mode.  I have installed the driver on sonyericsson website but it still does not work.

help me pls

I think your phone only connects in mass storage mode but not in phone mode as it isn't compatible with PC Suite.
