W580i virus problem...

hi,

i own a sony ericsson w580i phone. i guess my phone is affected with an virus.2 to 4 icons are created of all my applications and games from my phone and when i try to delete it it shows "operation failed".It happened after i was surfing from my phone.

i master reseted my phone but still all those icons are there on my phone and still i cannot delete it. how can i remove this virus?

i use norton internet security on my laptop but it do not detect any virus when i scaned my phone by connecting it to my laptop through transfer mode.

how can i make my phone work as earlier?

Have you tried updating the phone's software?

This is not a virus update the phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service and everything will be fine. Make sure to make a backup of all necessary files e.g Contacts, messages etc...
