W995 delivery reports

I've just upgraded the software on my phone, but now delivery reports don't work. They are turned on in the settings. Any ideas ?

Check that the Validity period in your Message settings is set to Network maximum.Otherwise,re-run the update service and/or select the "repair phone" option via PC suite.If you happen to be on the O2 network, delivery reports only work for MMS but not SMS.

It worked. Thank you. I also didn't do a restore this time, which may have helped. I just synchronized my contacts etc.
