W995 phone memory full problem

Hi,

When I try to send a message my W995 says "Phone memory full. Delete one or more files of your choice".

When I select "yes" it calls up a list of file boxes, but none can be deleted.

I've scanned the net and it does seem to be a common problem, but I can't find an answer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had similar problems with the W995, until I used the "Update media" option in the Settings of the main Media menu.
