Walkman Volume Low

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with the volume in walkman. I could not bring it to high it simply stuck in the middle. I went to setting>sound then I put it on high volume yet nothing happened. I tried my earphones on other devices it works perfectly fine, and i tried my phone in speaker mode i can turn the volume up but with earphones I can't. I already rebooted it, restarted it, it still doesn't work. Hope you could help me. Thank you!

That's odd, how about settings > apps > all > walkman > clear data > reboot your phone > check again

if i clear data would my songs be deleted?
