Does opening and closing the micro-usb flap regulary will eventually reduce the waterproof ability and making it non waterproof?

This is something that has been asked before. You have to consider that if you do that every day,eventually it will wear off (we cannot say exactly after how much time). That is why I have bought a 3rd party magnetic cable.

No,magnetic cable/magnetic dock can be used only for charging.

It's only to charge the phone
