What preinstalled apps can be disabled?

Hello,

Just got my Z3C. Nice phone but full of apps I don’t know what are they for and I will never use them probably. These apps allays asks for update and so consumes space, bandwidth and power. Maybe there’s a list of apps which can be disabled safely? F.e. at the moment I don’t need:

Android Live Wallpapers,

Google Play Games,

Google Play Movies,

Google Play Music,

Google +

Google Hangouts,

Google text to speech engine

Lifelog,

Movie Creator

Weather widget

TalkBack

PlayBooks

News and Weather

Keep

Sketch

Xperia Lounge

Camera modes with weird stuff like putting dinosaurs on pictures.

I ask because once I tried to disable apps on my Samsung phone in such way and as a result battery become draining very quickly..

Thank you.

Hi Vitas

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

While you are able to disable these apps and re-enable them whenever you like in the future, it may cause the other applications to misbehave. Rather than disabling the apps you can Clear the data of the listed apps to free up some space.

If you are worried about the phones battery draining from these apps, you can put the phone on Stamina mode or Low battery mode (these functions can be found in Settings > Power management). You can also turn the screens brightness down and/or turn off Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/Mobile data when you aren't using them.
