Wi-Fi problems persist Xperia E4

the wireless device E4 continuing my offline but it seems that even it was connected without receiving data, I have to reboot for the phone can reconnect the modem but only for a while because it is switched off again, what I can do?, It is issues with my phone or the software?, and e tested with another modem but the problem persists. I guess it's a software problems, because I found that if I turn off the option that says ''Search always available (Allow Google location service and other applications seeking network while Wi-Fi is disabled)'' it solves part of the problem no longer need to restart the phone, just turn off the Wi-Fi and turn on again and it connects smoothly again but only for a while and again fails

Please what is the solution?

sorry for my bad English

Has anyone heard anything about this? I've had this phone just over a month and the problem is starting to creep out from being just caused by youtube or saved videos

Hi @anonymous1 @LiamWhite97

I suggest you to first run a backup of the device information like this:

Try performing a system repair using PC Companion:

http://support.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

This will factory reset your phone and erase all data. You might need tocharge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device). Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP.

I hope can be useful.

I'm at disposal for any question.

I have also the problem of wireless connection to the phone. It's really heavy reboot or turning off wifi button constantly. It is a disappointment to me, that sony does not solve these problems with a patch or an update
