wt19i account setup problem

Hi guys,
Please Help.
I am using wt19i( live with Walkman). Even if I am
connected through a Wi-Fi or Data
Services on my network provider, I
am still getting this error:

"This
could be a temporary problem or your
phone may not be provisioned for
data services. Please try again when
connected to a mobile network, or
connect to a Wi-Fi network. If the
problem continues, Call Customer
Care."

please help to resolve this problem...

Could you please elaborate? What kind of account are you trying to setup when you receive this error message?
