X-Peria Sola touchscreen problem

Well I have this phone for one year and the last 5 months it showed me something weird. When I was on the Net, I wanted to click on something, but I couldn't. I refreshed the website and I still had this problem. What do you suggest me to do?

I suggest a force restart(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates).If that comes up again,you could either try a software repair or just take the phone into service.
