The camera doesn't seem particularly advanced unless I'm missing something (definitely possible). Previous far more basic phones seem to have at the very least settings for black and white and sepia but I can't seem to find any menu with these options. The Samsung Galaxy has a pretty cool panoramic setting. Is there something I haven't found? Thanks
You'll need to find an application on the Market. I'm sure others can suggest a few to increase the functionality of the camera.
You could try the Vingette app, either the lighter free version or pay the £2.99 for the full version. It gives you loads of options and isn't bad at all. Also as a bit of a plus it lets you turn on the photo light 'flash' (ha ha) on screen rather than go through 50,000 steps on the menu.
It doesn't, in my opinion, do macro as well as the stock app but I took some amazing shots on it whilst on holiday last week using various of the filters.

Have a look at some of the pics on this thread and feed back from others (and yes I am the sad fool who ditched it only to buy it again!!)
