Hi my Xperia m is not charging I have tried several chargers and still no luck I have set up an account with Sony and put my phone details and I do not know how to get to talk to someone so I can send it off to Sony

connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours
