Xperia ray strange behaviour

Hi, i am Anil,

Got an xperia ray phone. the device has starting behaving erratically of late- menu is changing on its own or the screen just changes, selection keys dont work, or the phone starts to vibrate like an input has been made, etc. any one knows what to do?

Is it Ghosting?

Hi Akhome72, welcome to the community! 

Does the same occur in safe mode? To boot the handset into Safe Mode just turn the phone off & as you are powering it up again, when the Xperia Logo appears hold the volume down key until the phone boots up completely. 

If the issue was not present in Safe Mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the issue. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep. If this doesn't help or you have found that the issue was still present in Safe Mode - you will need to run a software repair on the handset.
